Mkv to mp4 ?

hi I want convert mkv files to mp4 using megui . this mp4 for streaming . what is the best profile i can use for small size and best quality .

and why its take to mach time converting ? in my computer its take something like 4hwrs .

Where did you get the MKV files and what are they? I ask because you've had several threads closed for rule 6 already.

this files is movies and Game trailers . i need this on my site for fast streaming and good quality .
this files can be download from any where in internet its just trailers .

You don't hold the copyright so you can't redistribute those things. You've already had a thread about it closed.
