Where can I find a good CD-RIPPER

I'm looking for a free CD RIPPER to rip to MP3's, any idea?

CDex or Exact Audio Copy - both require the lame.exe to rip to mp3.

i got cdex and the lame.exe, but theres no options in cdex to convert to mp3, any idea how i do it?
