Multi-stream capture card

I'm looking for a card with the following requirements:

*) PCI express
*) Able to capture 4 streams of NTSC/PAL video simultaneously and uncompressed
*) and 4 stereo audio streams
*) Supports PAL60
I'm willing to pay $400 for this, but may stretch it a bit further depending on what I get.

Does this card exist?

Why do you need PAL60 support? Only some DVD-Players will produce it to playback NTSC-material on a PAL TV-set.

Been looking at those, but unfortunately they cost a bit too much (http://store02.prostores.com/servlet/winnov/Categories?category=PCI+Express+Capture+Cards) (4400AV and Quattro).

Only some DVD-Players will produce it......and game consoles, which is what I'm going to record.

Because of the price and the use of BNC connectors, I'm assuming these are professional products. I do not need that, lower quality is fine as long as it's 4 simultaneous streams.

Think you won't find that feature, except in "professional" products. Recording four streams concurrently is not a feature for "consumer" products...

Yes it does look like there just isn't one...
Next step would then be to find a dual-stream card and buy two of those. The computer case (Hiper Media) is so small I'd have to make modifications to fit two cards, and the second one would be restricted to ~13cm length.

The Matrox Morphis Evo looks really tempting. Price per stream is quite low, but it's still more than I have, plus I don't really need 16 streams, and the card still has some drawbacks.

Before you buy two or more cards, make sure the capture software and drivers, that ship with the card, allow to capture from more than one card at the same time...

And also make sure the card is able to capture full resolution in full framerate. I've had a card that was able to capture "8-16 streams up to full D1 resolution" but in reality it worked at 25 fps only with 320x240. Full D1 gave me 12.5 FPS.
