Robot4Rip Error

Trying to follow this guide to XviD :-)

I have come to the part where I must use R4R to rip the DVD

Started R4R, and DVD Decrypt finished its job, but something have failed, anyone who could tell me what im doing wrong? :-)

There are newer and IMO better ways of converting to xvid/divx. Try DVDFab + either AutoGK (old but newbie friendly), StaxRip (my favorite), or any of these (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=129748).
