I just ripped 2 JP animes which are VOB files, both has same resolution/fps/bitrates, everything is the same
but when I encoded them into MP4, the results are differents...
1st one is fine, video and audio match perfectly but the 2nd one's video is few seconds faster
said video is faster and not audio because there's also the subtitle and subtitle shows up with the audio
so it seems video has some problem...
These are the VOB files and MP4 files
DVD1_MP4, no problem at all, DVD2_MP4, video problem.
