I am currently ripping anime dvd's in the o so hated PAL format. I get rid of the interlacing with TMPGenc but it leaves me with ghosting. I know there is a anti ghost filter for TMPGenc but i don't know any settings for it. If there is any other "better" way to get rid of interlacing and ghosting, please tell me
