Problem with DVDx and CCE

I have followed the guide about using DVDx like a frameserver with cce, when i finnaly try to encode it(i press encode in cce) then I get this error:

"ICDecompressGetFormat() failed: -2

vinfo_open() failed: *** Could not open the file <c:\Download\IPCServer.vaf>***
The system cannot find the file specified.

[Windows error code: 0x2 2]"

What is this? There is nowhere about any of the program making any *.vaf file. Can someone please help me?!?!

btw I forgot to tell you that I use cce 2.50 and I have tried 2.64 aswell with the same error.

I could NEVER get DVDx to work properly with my system either. I finally abandoned its use and now use DVD2SVCD exclusively ..
