Xvid4PSP Rediculously Slow

Ok, so I found that encoding with Xvid4PSP is rediculously slow. I mean, I set it on Xvid as a test, with every setting set to the LOWEST encoding detail (so that it encodes the fastest possible).

On the first pass, which was turbo mode, it was going at just 1-2fps. Now come on, that is rediculous.

My computer has two processors, and is not slow with programs like Mediacoder.

Any reason why this is happening?

Really? Here it goes like ~200 fps 1st pass, ~96fps 2nd pass, for 480x272. Q6600 @ 2.4 GHz.

You got two cores or cpus? If it's two CPUs it would be a Xeon or Opteron, then there would be something REALLY WRONG.
If it's two cores, well, it can be an Intel Atom or a Celeron, then, yeah, it would be slow, but not that much.
