How to convert a HD DVD to Blu Ray

I used the search function a lot the last few weeks.
Is there a easy way to convert a HD DVD to Blu ray?
I´ve tried tsmuxer but it dont seems to work.

If you have some description or guide i would be happy.

The majority of HD DVD's are in VC1, i could not get my PS3 to playback VC1 coded video's after i muxed them to a Blu Ray structure.
I ended up converting the video track to h264 and the PS3 was happy with this. The video will need to be encoded in a compatible manner, resolution needs to be 1920x1080 or 1280x720, and a compatible fps usually 23.976.

I'll leave the floor open to other people who have more experience with this, my BD experience starts and ends with a PS3.

I've used that guide and successfully converted a couple of disks.
