He means don't violate any more rules. If someone has never violated a rule, then people won't be so concerned about questionable posts. If you have, then people will suspect that you are violating a rule with a questionable post. (An example would be someone with 1000+ posts asking how to demux something like a wmv file, no one would ask where did you get it. If a new member asked the same thing, then the first question would be, where did you obtain it.

not Writing in any article ?" made moderators (Doom9) suspicious if something is illegal about your post so then the next step he took was to check your credentials of the past you have been checked (like Secret Services do) as all your information is available logged (we are in the information age) now he found your old posts and saw that he and other moderators missed that you already violated rules (and those had to do with copyright) without them realizing so then he automatically assumed this is another of these cases. (you actually have been judged before trialed based on your previous actions) :)
This can happen to anyone in our current Societies. Though im not sure why Doom9s reaction to that Picture was to bring it in connection with "Warez" and that's the interesting thing about this, because that most probably started the next step he took :)

1. Your sentence was taken as a illegal subject (way you sentenced it)
2. The picture why ever hardened this assumption for the moderator
3. A further check of your credentials now let no other logical assumption as this could be something illegal again (though it only proved that your previous actions where against the rules)
4. Moderators and Users made you aware of your credentials and the rules you broke in the past and that they assume something fishy is going on in this post too (because of the way you sentenced it)

Btw what i wrote here isn't actually what 100% gone on in Doom9 mind @ that time, only what my Human logic and reaction would reflect out of it so this is entirely based on my mind not on Doom9s and doesn't have to be correct i just assume that it was this way (Reverse Engineering).

Though your current reaction to this is not really helpful you should understand what brought you into this situation and try to solve it different then what you do now.
