Hi all,
It's my first post in this forum. I've been using AutoGK for quite some time but just recently moved into the HDTV era on my HTPC. I've had no problem using AutoGK for transcoding DVD's, but for some reason when I use it to make an HDTV to DivX transcode AutoGK doesn't "see" the audio track.
Basically when the *.mpeg file is loaded into the program all it sees is the video track and no audio.
So far I've used the following workaround: 1) extract .ac3 audio using MeGUI. 2) Compress .ac3 audio to .mp3 using BeSweet 3) convert the HDTV *.mpeg to DivX using AutoGK 4) remux *.mp3 with *.avi
Is this the best way, or is there some other alternative with fewer clicks to let AutoGK handle it all? Thanks for the input!
