video/audio out of synch in megui dvdrip

i did a dvdrip using megui following this guide:

i was ripping the season 2 of desperate housvewives dvd...i only did 1 episode so far but in the output, the video and audio is out of sync

btw: the vob file has a framerate of 29.97 but the mp4 that comes out has a framerate of 23.976...do u think this is the problem??? if so, how can i fix it???
