Can you start autogk from commandline?

Is it possible to start AutoGK with a command line specifying input file, output file, and target filesize and have it start transcoding without any further input needed?

I wanted to make script that uses dvrmstoolbox to convert my dvr-ms files to mpeg and then use autogk to transcode the mpeg to xvid.

Any suggestions would be great.
