Seemingly overloaded DVD

Hello.

I am trying to demux a DVDs content whereas the DVD seems to have a strange VIDEO_TS folder and due to that I am encoutering problems doing so.

Windows Explorer shows in its main screen the seemingly correct 8.20 GB, but the named folder does not contain that size at all. The total size of all files are vast 13.2 GB. But take a look for yourself:

The problem now is to demux the data streams from the main movie, since DVD Decrypter seems to parse it wrong.

Hi!

The DVD you have appears to contain "XProtect" copy protection. Try using a newer ripping program, such as DVDFab HD Decrypter, DVD95Copy Pro, AnyDVD, etc., as DVD Decrypter (updates ended several years ago) is not capable of dealing with this copy protection...

Any reason you've intentionally obliterated the name of the DVD?

The thing is I already decrypted it, meaning I transfered the disc content as an image file to my HD. But the the problem now is that I can't demux the streams correctly.

Even decrypted, DVD Decrypter cannot extract the streams using the IFO mode?

Re-rip from your original DVD, using one of the programs that setarip_old mentioned.

1) Is your "F:\" drive either a DVD reader or burner?

2) What is the Title and Region of your original DVD?

Ikaraguam create a log file by right clicking on the red Fox in the system tray > Create LogFile...

Send it to the Slysoft devs or report it to them on their forum (http://forum.slysoft.com/forumdisplay.php?f=18). It may be something new.

As I said earlier the DVD is ripped with no problem and the image file is saved properly on my hard disc (playing the movie works fine), but I simply cannot extract the data streams like I have always done it with DVD Decrypter > IFO mode > Stream Processing > Demuxing single streams

It did not rip with no problem if what you said earlier is true.

Let the Slysoft devs know by sending them a logfile.

I don't advise using the Rip to Image... option on SD DVDs. It was really added for HDs and BDs. This is especially true when an SD DVD is heavily protected and this disc apparently is.

I would suggest using Rip Video DVD to Harddisk.... There is difference between the two methods beyond one creating an ISO and the other not.

As linx05 suggested it might be a good idea to send logfiles to Slysoft.
