very bad blocky/noisy video

Hi I have that issue with a music video that i downloaded from the singer's official site, this is it http://media.cerati.com/video/karaoke.mp4 , is there any hope in fixing that video?

Well there it is the download link wich is http://media.cerati.com/video/karaoke.mp4 , But I think you are reffering to the singer's site, this is it : www.cerati.com and these is the part where you can download the video: http://cerati.com/siempre_es_hoy/videos/ , and you have to select the one named karaoke, and click in "descargar video" in case you dont know spanish.

Also for what is worth the singer's name is Gustavo Cerati, you can check wikipedia, in case you want to be sure it is his official site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustavo_Cerati

No problem, also I wanna add that the only problem is the video(that is very blocky and noisy) because I have the cd also and I can mux the song with the video..

fleon, there's no way to do anything with such a terrible source, unless you blur the heck out of it, and believe me, you wouldn't like that any better.
