I am converting a black and white (monochrome) film from PAL to NTSC using Procoder.
It does an excellent job, but there does seem to be a colour component to the convertion.
By that, I mean that the black is not true black and the white not pure white (akin to watching
a colour tv program on a black and white television!)
Could someone advise me on which filters I should use, and the settings I should use.
