gathering mpeg information

What do you guys use to the the most thorough information from an mpeg file?

I've been using dvdpatcher, for frame rate, h&r sizes, bitrate, aspect ratio. but I've wondered if there's something better out there that's escaping me.

(I've have mixed feelings with gspot, it chokes on .ts files, for example.)

MediaInfo works very well.

i just tried mediainfo and it is impressive. I'll see how it handles .ts at work tomorrow.
