Help with MeGUI

Hi all, I have installed MeGUI and tryed to encode mp4 file to avi ( anime [bleach] ) . And when the encode finishes I get Error in the Queue and the other 2 videos are done ( I use twopass 1st 2nd pass ) . The final resault is video with no audio... how to fix this ?

And after I press start the audio shows error or the program disapires... On the 5th picture is AVI not MP4...

Why are you encoding from an MP4? Where did you get it?

well... It's because the .AVI files are with 119fps and when I try to encode them the video is getting slow and the audio is runing normaly... And a friend told me to encode from mp4 to avi
