I am using Autogk to convert video, everything is working fine, but when the convert is done, there is no avi file

There is an issue with Norton and AutoGK, but I don't think this is your problem since that one tends to throw the error that the file is in use by another program and does so on the video. Perhaps there is an issue with the way you ripped the files - are you able to rip the subs manually with VobSub?

Maybe if you put your idx in the same path than your final avi file...

You can try not with the idx but with the sub extension : I mean with your sex.sub file (for example)
