A Program to identify DVD settings & Information

I was wondering if anyone has or knows of a program which when put in the drive can detect the DVD's content for information, such as.. aspect ratio, runtime, codecs, frame rate etc...

Most of what you want can be found on sites such as IMDb.com. Codecs are nearly always MPEG-2. Frame rate is 29.97 for NTSC, 25 for PAL.
