I am using latest stable version of autogk and xvid 1.1.3 and i get this popup "A fiels order transition was detected. You may need to use the Fix D2V tool to repair this stream. Refer to the DGIndex Manual for details."

how can i fix this, is there any tool to use for this.

Upgrade to v 2.48. That problem was fixed long ago.
