x264 Verbose Mode / MeGUI

This may be a stupid question but I am going to ask it anyway.

I don't fully understand all of the options in x264 but I am a fan of watching a command prompt window.

So what I want to know is if I take the command output from MeGUI and just call x264 with the verbose option will I be able to see everything that x264 is doing without affecting any of the changes I made with AviSynth?

Yes. But verbose output is not so interesting ;)

Verbose mode only changes the output to the console, not any of the encoding/quality options, let alone the avisynth script you are using.....
