Hi Guys,

I need the Windows Media Audio V2 codec but i don't know where to get it. I need it since i downloaded a movie that has the sound encoded in this format and when playing it only displays the video but no sound. i let mediaplayer download this codec but somehow the codec mediaplayer downloaded is't the right one. everytime i start the movie mediaplayer starts donwloading again. So now i hope that one of you knows wich codec i need and where to download it. or you can also mail it to me. i thank you in advantage.

The WMA V2 codec you're after should be part of the standard DivX 3.11 installation - grab DivX 3.11 (or 3.20 if you want) from doom9's download section and it should do the job. You may have to run the 'Register' program as well, I can't remember (it's in the divx folder in the start menu, at any rate).

@Raymongo

Download nimo package (video + audio codecs) or a package like CodecsACM13 (audio codecs)

Do you know google ? ;)

Try "nimo codec" in it.

It'll give you all the links you want.

Is it me or has the Nimo codec pack has not been updated for a while...? Anyway, I'm building a codec pack now with NSIS - but with no filters as it causes more problems than they're worth imho. XviD will be included too :D Maybe I will just include the latest experimental codecs??
