Nero Recode 2-CE (green colorization)

Encoding with Nero Recode colors are bright (unlike the x264), but it create a green colorization inside the logo

Hi!

Is it possible that your bit rate is just too low? Looks like some sort of severe ringing artefact to me. Unfortunately I cannot download the video as the download page tells me that the download slots for my country are full. What happens if you encode it with lower/higher bitrate? Does the artefact change? If so, the most obvious solution would be an increase in bit rate.
