7.1channel directshow filter for AAC

with the new neroaac encoder is it not anymore a problem to encode audio in 7.1channel.

but i found no directshow filter for decoding and playback.

CoreAAC decode only 5.1 and ffdshow plays the file not correct.

is there anyone how knows a solution??

The NeroAudioDecoder2 from Nero9 works in any App again:)
No more restricitions as with Nero8
So you can use NeroDecoder in any player , also for AAC with 7.1

ok. nice to know. but i cant install nero9 because i need nero7 for eac3to. or can eac3to handle the filter from nero9??

No it can't use nero9 filters. But i think nero audio decoder 2 from nero 7 would do the same job regarding 7.1 aac decoding in mpc.

How are using it? If you have say a AAC strream how did you pass it to this filter to be processed and what was the output?

Nero 7 Filters cant be used outside Nero Showtime...But you can solve it. Simply rename your Player/App to recode.exe.
Then you can use Nero7 Filters in any App

I suggest to use Nero9 Decoder/Filters...they are 100% free from any restriction
