Hi,
when I convert a .avi to .mp4 with x264 (Staxrip, MeGui doesn't matter) I always end up with a difference in length between the video and the audio (but it's synchron).
It wouldn't bother me, but as long as they are not equal in length QuickTime won't allow me to save it as a self-contained movie.
