MKV and AC3 merge

OK, I have a blu ray movie and I use xvid4psp to convert to MKV and it has worked well. However I have problems when the first audio stream is not english. I finally figured out how to pull out the english audio to an AC3 file, and I converted the video to MKV. Now whats a simple way to take the audio, and merge it into the MKV file? I tried it with xvid2psp and I still end up with no audio in the mkv file. I have googled and searched but can't find anything so I thought I would ask the experts here. Thanks for any help in advance.

OK I figured it out. For some reason mkvmerge would crash whenever I tried using that, something with the audio track that I pulled out with tsremux. I tried multiple times to pull out the audio but stil mkvmerge would crash.
I then ran the audio through gdsmux that comes with Haali media splitter (Itis in the program folders Haali folder) and it created an mkv audio file andit let me merge that one.
