When I disable de-interlacing method in PowerDVD8 (Configuration->Video->Advanced...) for playing a NTSC DVD9 (29.997p), I get poor video playback in my laptop LCD
What's wrong with disabling de-interlacing? My source isn't interlaced and my screen supports progressive scan !
And How does Refresh Rate and LCD Response Time affect on video playback on devices with progressive/interlace scan ?
Thanks xD
