D2v Loading error in MeGui

I have Created the d2v file and tried to create the avisynth script...bu while loading the d2v file its giving me this error...i tried re installing restarting and all that stuff.....pls help me

What happens when you try the things suggested in the error message? Be specific!

recently i received this error message

Step 1. Remove all filters from your plugins folder, and see if .D2V file loads, if it loads then it is an issue with a corrupt .avsi or .dll files in your Avisynth Plugins path.
NOTE: Just include the first line --> DGDecode_mpeg2source("C:\NEW\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1.d2v",info=3) in your .avs file.

Step 2. If it loads fine then it acould have been problems with your .dll's or .avsi files, copy the filters one by one into your plugins folder.

I had a problem LRemoveDust.avsi, not sure why it was not loading and removing from plugins folder resolved the problem.
