Hello.
Can anyone explain to me the big difference beetwen XviD-1.2.-127VAQ and Xvid-1.1.3-VAQ?

well i dont talk about 1.1.2 and 1.1.3
but i ask about 1.2 and 1.1.3 that are both downlodable on koepi's site

Major difference is that 1.2 supports multithreaded encoding, 1.1.x doesn’t. If in doubt, take 1.2.

Multi-threading, and better trellis. If you get the latest SVN Xvid, as opposed to 1.2.-127, you also get some minor bugfixes (these are included in Koepi's 1.2.-127 builds, though).

Has there been any progress on XviD 1.2-CVS since Koepi's build? Methinks not all too much. Development has been called "dead" around these parts lately, and frankly, I couldn't really argue against such an assertion...
