Pull Down on background and pure interlace on credits in ending

I have anime with pull down on background and pure interlace on credits in ending, i want deinterlace main part of anime with TFM and TDecimate (23.976 fps) and ending with mcbob or other bob like deinterlace (60 fps). How i could ran different deinteralces in different frames? Or exist other methoв of deinterlace this kind of source?

P.S. Opeenning have some part with interlaced and progressive frames

Ok, but i can't find manual for use it. And i want try to resolve this problem without use this combine.

I don't know about the manual, but on this screenshot (http://img520.imageshack.us/img520/6759/24t30ilqrw3.jpg) (from the first post there (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=138305)) it says he uses AnimeIVTC(3, search=3, overlap=6, pel=4) to fix your problem.

- Creating a VFR clip for hybrid sources
- Bob the interlaced credits, blend-deinterlacing the background while doing minimal damage on the progressive credits, convert their framerate to match the episode's and splice them with it OR leave them @ 30p to create a VFR clip
