Wow...Seems like someone's little bot is a bit trigger happy on particular wording of posts around here. :confused: I apologize ahead of time if my full intent isn't 100% so-god-help-me-kissing-ass-of-copyright-law so for now I'll leave that point be. Whether or not anyone agrees with it can be left out of the thread as to not anger the mods.

Anyways, back onto the original subject at hand, I'll attempt some of the previously suggested solutions and see where it goes and post back with any success.

Vchat20, you're violating rule 6 (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm). There is no "trigger happy bot," you violated the rules by discussing illegally obtained materials. You don't own the AVI file nor the source files the AVI was made from, and neither does your friend since you say he got this online through a torrent or some other means. Unless you own the DVD that the AVI was made from, you're in violation of the rules and we can't help you.

This has nothing to do with "ass kissing of copyright laws" either, piracy other illegal means of obtaining material are not discussed here. As I said, unless you own the original disc that the AVI was made from you're in violation of the rules..

So there's no discussing of the subject at hand.
