When you add a video file .264
Sometimes you get a message that FPS will be 25 if not specified in the format specific option.
When the file is 23/976
Wich way do I type it :
23.976 or 23,976 (a coma or a point)

first of all upgrade to 2.4.0

and about fps.. just select from "Format specific options" , "FPS" from the list

like "24000/1001"
