How to extract flac out of ogg flac?

I have an ogg container with a 5.1 channel flac track inside.
How can I extract this track out of the container so I can input it in eac3to?

FLAC Frontend, included in the FLAC Windows binaries with installer available at Sourceforge, can do this.
