DeSpot and DeBlock_QED

Does anyone know where to get 'DeSpot' and 'DeBlock_QED (http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/Deblock_QED)'?
(There IS a link to DeBlock_QED.avs on the Avisynth/MediaWiki page, but it just brings up the edit page...)


I'm interested in trying out MC_Spuds;
http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/MC_Spuds
...but the requirements for it are rather... steep... and those two are still missing

Especially I'm interested in MC_Spuds's edge cleaning capabilities, so if someone can point to something equivalent it would help as well should the above ones not be found (and I've searched...)...

(not too sure those two really are needed for the parameters concerned, but just to be safe...)
