I know this is probably a unusual question, and I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask it, but I've been trying to find an answer on several other forums and haven't found anything helpful.
I am using Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit. I have the k-lite codec pack 64-bit edition 1.40 installed. Some .mp4 files I have display thumbnails in windows explorer, others (such as ones I have created by ripping DVDs with Handbrake or converting files using MediaCoder) do not display thumbnails in windows explorer. As ridiculous as it may sound, this kind of aesthetic thing is very important to me, and I am very curious as to how I may fix this.
