I have an mp4 file that I want to burn to dvd - the player is very old & only plays standard dvds.
Sorry, but I really don't know where to start, which GUI, etc.
I'm au fait with ProjectX, DVDDecrypter, etc, so I'm not a complete numpty.

Adrian, please make sure you are not violating our forum rule 6.

Also, see the stickie in the Newbies forum about downloaded files.

From a somewhat newbie perspective, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. Heck, I'm encoding all my stuff with MeGUI to mp4 and AAC in an mp4 container and I'm not even sure what the real stream is. h.264? I'm guessing that's the stream...
So, Adrian_K. If you can tell how you arrived at your mp4's, I'm sure someone can tell you what stream(s) are in the container.
And, like was said, watch out for rule # 6 violations; they're not tolerated at all here.
