Determining Audio Delay in MKV

I am looking to convert my previous H.264 encodes with AC3 audio over to AAC 5.1. The problem I am running into is that some of the audio has a delays and when I demux them, the delay information is no longer provided. Is there any tool that can look at the MKV file and display the audio delay so that when I mux my AAC audio I do not have audio sync issues.
