rmvb winamp files change to RA Real Media files

Hi there,

I supposed that after I downloaded a p2p sharing software all my rmvb videos cannot be played anymore. They have been turned into RA Real Media files, maybe I need another codec that I can download in order to play them. Also the video player associated with the p2p is VLan when my avi files used to be associated with media player classic which I prefer.

Now someone please help me to convert those rmvb-RA files back to be associated with mpc so I can watch and/edit them. Thanks

P.S. when I said associated I mean when I click on a movie it will open in mpc

I think you need to re read the rules, Rule 6 in particular, file association is a very basic Windows procedure, maybe you should check google and read those forum rules.

Your files haven't been changed. Only the title of the file association is different than before. That title is irrelevant.

To play rmvb files you need RealPlayer or Real Alternative.
