I have a strange problem with some movies that i have. I'm getting discoloration and double images, like the colors are seperating in the 2 or 3 images when playing the movie. Sometimes i get a vertical band of color artifacting as well.
The movies play fine on my other pc.
I've uninstalled k-lite, and anything xvid or divx. I then reinstalled a new version of k-lite, but still the same problem. This happens with mpc, wmp, and powerdvd, although the artifacts look a bit different on each.
I tried to capture the screen with print screen, hypersnap(game mode), and powerdvd but the captures aren't working so i can't show you what the problem looks like unfortunately.
i don't know much about video. when i install windows, usually the only thing that gets installed as far as codecs would be k-lite pack or xvid.
