I've run into audio delay issues with Flightplan, Hero, Howls Moving Castle, and Breaking and Entering.

I've been putting my DVD on the harddrive using DVDFab Decrypter then using DGindex to create my dv2 file and demux the audio. After encoding the video and muxing the audio is off. I read something about this being a form of copy protection. I played with MPC Home Cinema to approximate the correct delay then remuxed the encoded video and the original audio file using Adaptive Muxed with this delay set manually. So far my results are ok, but is there a less time intensive way to fix this issue? Or perhaps is there a website listing the proper delay to bring the audio into sync?

I'm encoding the video of these DVD's and leaving the original audio. I'm placing them on my HTPC's harddrive and archiving the original disks.

Try DVD Fab HD Decrypter. It should remove the protections that cause the asynch problems.
