Hi,

Audio : 640kbps ac3 from bluray source

Video : 720x480 16:9 23.976fps with no pulldown encoded from HC-Enc 0.23

Burn with Nero 8

I know it's out of DVD specs but just need to try.

Results:

Media Player Classic - No problem with audio but seeking failed. After seek, only audio is playing.
Secondly, if look closely, the video is jumpy(fast forward effect trying to re-sync) every few second

VLC - No problem

DVD player 1# (Vaddis 962 chipset) - The audio is choppy( look like the chipset CPU usage is full)

DVD player 2# (made in china) - The audio is shuttering it truncate some of the audio

DVD player 3# Pioneer dv-575 - The part of the audio is truncated every second. Doesn't work with AV Receiver

Any help would be appreciated

P/S :
1. I've try encode into .avi file. Sound the same ,choppy audio , A/V is out of sync.
But plays perfectly on my PC.

2.) I try to re-author the movie using DVD Shrink. Somehow the audio choppiness is different. Less choppy but still...

3.) Try Muxman free edition... Doesn;t accept my .m2v files ...so can;t confirmed

I'd add the pulldown with DGPulldown and go back to Muxman. It also reports problems if buffer underlow happens from high bitrate spikes.
