Welcome to the forum!:)
You may want to read the forum rules (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm), and change the title of your thread, per rule #9. Also you should remove your email address to help prevent spam.

You will need a program that can convert AVI's to MPEG2 streams, i don't do this often but have had lots of success with DVD Flick, PS when i do Hour long shows i stick to 4 per disc, 5 maybe pushing the quality boundries....

Not sure about [spam removed] but with DVD Flick you can choose the size disc you want to encode for, if you care about quality don't run it through another encode process, reencode your orignals but this time select a target size.

I just looked at the [spam removed] web page and no where does it mention that it can burn DVD's or output a DVD Compliant Structure, you realise converting a video to MPEG2 is only 1 part of the puzzle? you also need to author the disc properly, you can't just dump the MPEG's on a DVD and expect them to play in a DVD Player.

in the process of converting to dvd mpeg2 ps format (*-vob) through xilisoft converter
As far as I know, [spam removed] is pretty much junk compared to other free apps.

rome wasnt built in a day
