I have a german dvd (Rosso sangue) that I would like to have with english audio. I have a english vhs capture of the film, however, there are several small edits and a few extra scenes in the german dvd that make syncing the audio rather difficult. Could anyone point of some tools/methods of audio syncing. Specifically, is there a program that lets you preview the video and audio to make the process easier? Thanks.
