Hi I recoded an HD movie to x264 with fps of 23.97 now I want to add the audio in my native language that is 25 fps.
How could I change the fps of the video to mux the audio withut recoding it?
Just to avoid problem I bought the HD-DVD from a foreign country and I didn't notice that it hasn't my spoken language so I want to add it from my old DVD.

3) What is the running time of the movie in the original DVD?

Use eac3to to stretch (PAL/NTSC or vice versa, I forget) the audio from your standard DVD.

Good luck on synchronizing video from one source with audio from another...

Load the raw h264 stream into mkvmergegui, together with the audio. Highlight the raw h264 stream in tracks section, use the format specifc options tab and the fps drop down menu, press start muxing

Load movie to mkvmerge gui, add audio stream, highlight video stream, go to format specific options>> stretch by, and write 23970/25000. Mux. :p Make sure of your exact video fps.
