Key wont download

I've been a pro user for years. Just installed on a new system and I'm not able to download the key file. It then attempts to do a 'web download' and I get a timeout message.
Any advice?

If you have a firewall check to see if it is preventing it from accessing the Internet.

Nope. Not a firewall problem, and that doesn't explain why the web download won't work.

I apologize profusely. The server got hung again, and I was out-of-town. I thought I fixed that issue for good last week.
