Hi everyone ! :)

I've NTSC movie and I'd like to incorporate it in a PAL menu.

Does I need to convert the Menu from PAL=>NTSC ? :confused:

If yes, which tools I need please ?

Thanks in advance for you help. ;)

This is non-trivial.

Converting the menu to PAL can be done with some one-click apps like SUPER and DVD Flick (I think). But then you need to move the button highlights to line up correctly in the new resolution - use DVDSubEdit for this. You may also need to move the button positions and sizes to line up correctly - use PgcEdit for this.

Thanks for your response. :)

It's a Pal=>Ntsc conversion.

Anyway, I've tried to incorporate the Ntsc movie in the Pal menu (without convert it) with voblanker. But when I try to play the movie from the menu or from the chapters menu nothing works. :confused:

There's the same number of chapters.

I suppose that I can fix this with Pgcedit. Right ?

Any guide please ? I've never done this before.

Thanks in advance. :thanks:

You need to convert each of the menu cells to NTSC and build the menu in the same PGC structure as your original. Then import the new (NTSC) menu to your new project with NTSC titles using PgcEdit. Then fix up the subpics. I am not aware of any guide on doing this although manono was preparing one. Maybe PM him.

OK !

Wow, that looks so complicated. :confused:

Do you have a link of that SUPER software please ?

I've found DVD Flick but there's no conversion option.

Thanks in advance.
