Download Chapter Files for movies?

Someone knows if there is on the net a database for chapter files ready to be download?
I mean something like www.opensubtitles.org but for movies chapters?
I have a lot of DVDs to backup to mkv and would like to add the chapter informations but dvddecrypter extracts only the timecode but not the chapter names...
Someone has alreay dealt with this problem?

DVD Decrypter in file mode includes chapter points. Looking to download what may be seen as copyrighted content which is readily available if you have the DVDs is a violation of rule 6.

EDIT: Thread re-opened on the basis that the user is simply looking for software to rename his chapter points (eg opening titles ... closing credits) after ripping.

I don't know of any chapter-name only sites, but Barnes & Noble seem to carry this information for most movies they sell.
