Serious problem with reboot/standby/reset.

I have a serious problem with my HTPC, and I can't figure out, what the problem is.

When I press the reset button, the computer reboot, then it power off and 2 seconds after it power on again.

The same problem occours when I in Vista wakes the computer from standby. It power on for a few seconds, then power off again and power on afterwards.
I then have black screen and my keyboard (Dinovo Edge) can't get signal.

I have DG45ID motherboard, Kingston Memory and Antec 2400.

Any ideas what the problem is?
I'm really lost on this one.

I had some problem with Standby too! When I switched to Standby mode, the computer did a power-off instead.
And after that it didn't power-on again! So I had to pull the power connector, wait a few moments and plug it in again.
Now the computer would power-on again, but it did reset itself a few times (power on/off within a time of ~5 sec).
Finally it did boot up, but all BIOS settings (including CPU settings) were lost...

I fixed that problem by using a different Standby mode. Mode "S1" instead of "S3" :rolleyes:

I'm running at original clock-speed. Never overclocked this system....
