Hi all.
I have some questions about reference picture list reordering (modification) process. It is interesting to me how to insert multiple instances of a frame in a list. Standard, namely subclause 8.4.2.3, do describe the reordering process, but it is not clear for me regarding this specific task (multiple instances of a single frame). Let us need to do two instances, so how shall we do modification?
